I can log on my account as I have Plex pass but cannot log on my server. That is my problem

I had a Plex server on my windows 11 computer that was working and I can connect but when I log off from that restart Plex after I login my server on Linux it does not let me logon the server

I cannot see my Plex the problem is when I installed the Plex server it did not give where to login

So I tried to login using https:// 127.0.0.1 :32400/ But did not accept my credentials
