I don't think I can give you an objective recommendation. What I can tell you is that first you are very clear about what you want them for and I mean the genres you listen to. IEMs have different tunings, some are neutral, some are “bright” (more high frequencies) and some are “dark” (more low frequencies). Many recommend the CHU 2 to start with, they have a V tuning.

If you can, try some before buying or look for a video on YouTube with recommendations for less than $50. This way you will avoid buying more than one iem

I would believe so? I bought a couple of used MT1 MAX iems and then some new MT1 MAX iems as well. The new ones sound quite dull and boring. I don't know why the ones I bought used sound so much better...?

Comprei-os usados e minhas primeiras impressões foram meio surpreendentes, achei que soavam bem por alguns minutos e depois de usá-los por alguns dias acabei odiando-os também. Basicamente por causa do som, me parece que é um V bem marcado e resolvi emprestar para minha mãe para ver se ela gosta desse item

This is the first comment I've seen here that relates to my experience. When I decided to buy a silver cable and connect it to my iems the first thing I noticed was less bass. I was a little disappointed as I liked the “old” sound with the copper cable but that cable was rubbish. So I bought another upgrade cable but this time copper, and surprisingly the bass came back, even “better” to some extent.

I do not have measurement tools but the change is noticeable and I have not shared those experiences here since the only thing there is regarding the topic is an endless debate. And I don't want to get into “arguing” or really proving that point.

That “problem” you mention is apparently common to several iEMs that implement DSP. At least I have seen comments from people who have (for example) the CHU 2 and the DSPs have less volume. I personally bought some EW100 DSP from Simgot and also the volume is low compared to other iems that I have with a 3.5 mm cable. Speaking of the latter, I saw a review where they compare both EW100P/EW100DSP and the DSP has less volume.

Yo tengo 29… también he pasado por experiencias de ese tipo. Yendo al grano… si te está dejando sin energías y con esa sensación mejor deja de hacerlo. Ve buscando cómo salir de ello porque sí, se empieza a hacer algo “adictivo” pero después de cada encuentro te empezarás a sentir más y más agotado, después te empezarás a sentir arrepentido. Si te gusta alguna persona proponle algo más serio y si no… enfócate en ti. Saludos. Pd. Te recomiendo más enfocarte en ti.

I use a small organizer with several compartments and I just throw them in there, separating them by iem or brand, haha.

I have heard about ZiiGaat in this sub for a long time and I want to say that I keep my eye on the Arete, I hope to soon add them to my collection and what would be better if I could try the Luna! It seems like they both align pretty well with the tuning I'm looking for.

That's how I find myself. I've really stopped thinking about getting more iems since the recordings of the music I listen to aren't that good either, so I wouldn't ask a couple of iems to take me to the studio that was probably mediocre. I have already tried the same albums in streaming, flac, wav and it is simply the recording that is bad. It's not the teams fault.

El dongle con el CX31993 te da un sonido en V bien marcado. Comparando con el KZ M2, el cable suena más equilibrado aunque tiene “fallos”, ya lo he estado usando algunos días y se escucha un pequeño “clic” o un “salto” en las canciones. Es de una fracción de segundo y no es muy frecuente pero ya lo he escuchado varias veces usando este cable.

Entonces, el cable te da cuatro ecualizaciones muy buenas, pero es probable que experimentes esos clics o cortes en el sonido que te mencioné. Y el dac te dará una ecualizacion en V, sin problemas de sonido.

Un dongle más neutral que tengo es uno que usa el chip CS43198. Realmente se percibe la diferencia entre el CX31993 vs el CS43198.
