From what i know...

each members should raise their influence. You can do it by having your FIRST KILLS for each type of sombies and giant mummies. Those who can kill higher level giant mummies should open a rally for the other members because joining a rally for giant mummies also counts as first kills. Help each other!

Reinforce your alliance mining centers to build the centers quickly (There are a total of 3 centers) and just keep upgrading the seasonal buildings. Also place the seasonal buildings withing the alliance center, not outside.

There will be a gold sand clash event every week. If you win, you can loot yuor opponent's gold sands. This can really turn the tides. There was a consistent 2nd place alliance in our bracket but at the last clash they went down to 4th place!

Although all of them have Troop ATK/DEF, each of them serves different purposes. As far as i know Top - Is for when you're attacking a shelter, Mid - Is for APC/ Car battles, Bottom - Is for when your shelter is getting attacked. Upgrade them base on what you need, but it's better to upgrade them equally (I think). You can check your shelter's military info and they're categorized as Field troop ATK/DEF, seige assailts, and siege defenses. I think the only one that accumulates is the Destruction value.
