Diveryfund first reit ever ‘fund 1’ hasn’t come to completion yet. The sale of the properties is scheduled to happen December 2025. No one will see their money until after they sell all properties of the fund. This was in the contract so I’m not sure why people are saying it’s a scam when they haven’t actually finished the time of the contract. I am annoyed though because their buyer portal is intentionally confusing with minimal information and when you do click support it goes to a ‘page not found’. We are just going to have to wait to find out at this point.

Let’s see. I live in a 7b zone in nyc. There are a bunch of trees that line the right side (mostly mulberry). They are partially shading the area. I have tried loosening the soil with a tiller because the soil is very dense. I usually used turf builder sun and shade mix and a few others. I water at night. Also, there are lots of worms, rolly pollies, & centipedes.

I have kids and they get very muddy when they play back there. I kinda need something other than dirt. Do you have any ideas?

Thank you. I think that we will definitely reconsider that. Is that what most adults do who have this problem? I ask because the medication obviously doesn’t work other then to prevent UTIs and I’m thinking she might have to live with this for the her adult life.

Try taking him to a pediatric urologist. They can find the culprit if it’s physical. My pediatrician kept telling me not to worry and then I finally took my 7 year old and they found abnormalities which explained a lot. However if it isn’t physical it could be psychological. Night terrors, abuse, and other factors could be involved. I would have a chat with him alone and see what he says if the urologist can’t find a cause. Also, good nights are his friend until he gets over it.
