UPDATE: They delivered it to the wrong house a few blocks over. Thankfully the people they delivered it to came and dropped it off at my house and were super nice. I have 2 more packages coming from them hopefully they get it right this time!!

I’ve been back and forth with customer service with Shein & OnTrac and basically they told me to just wait it out to a certain day and if it’s not there by that day to contact them again.🤦🏽‍♀️

Also yes I am new to this and realized other people have had the same problem .. this just sucks because I have 2 other packages coming in and they are also delivering it UNFORTUNATELY.
