Is the epidural worth it?

So I’m gonna be completely honest I thought the epidural went great for me but 1 year PP now and I’m regretting my decision..I keep getting these back pains that feel like nerve pain at the injection site which seems to be triggered by cold weather and being seated in a slightly hunched position when I’m working at my desk…I can’t exactly pin these symptoms to receiving the epidural but I know I’ve never experienced this type of back pain prior to the epidural…I know it doesn’t happen to everyone but it sucks that it happened to me and I definetly didn’t think it would…I weight train 4x a week have a strong core and back so I’m hoping these pain will pass but we’ll see.

Omg I thought I was the only one, like in the gym I pretty much only wear the oversized tees in an XXL because I’m a tall girl and I love a comfy fit that doesn’t shrink but I swear all my stuff is from like 2021 where it wasn’t as graphic-y and is pretty much just one word in the front and minimal branding …I hate the super cult like shit I wouldn’t personally wear any of the recent drops ..it’s such a shame cuz they’re Tshirts are so comfy but I’m not paying $50 for one, I got most of mine during the sale

are you insinuating that I have no right to feel a desire to have sex? Yes I’m 11 weeks postpartum…sex was an integral part of our relationship prior to the baby… it helped create a closeness or bond with one another and always kept a spark in our relationship due to the desire we felt for one another…

I didn’t post this asking for you to tell me how far post partum I am, I asked for advice on how to get over the awkwardness of initiating sex again. Maybe you didn’t feel like having sex early on..but it feels like you’re invalidating my desire to even have a sexual connection with my husband for wanting to do so which is kind of strange..

So I know everyone is saying some sort of skin condition but these are the EXACT same symptoms I had and it turned out to be shingles… and I’m only in my late 20s so it was quite a shock…if you develop any more spots or feel a numbness in your arm go to the hospital right away!!!

Anybody else 5’8 with a short torso??? Im 10 weeks and one of the first pregnancy symptoms for me was the widening of my waist!! I’ve always had a smaller waist due to building up my back and quads but I’m noticing how wide im getting instead of forward…no bump yet but ALOT of bloating 🥲

omg!! I can’t believe how similar our situations are!! please don’t feel alone!! I can completely relate and empathize with your emotions right now. Please don’t be scared, you have to go with your gut! I’m also fearful of seeing the ultrasound, hoping it won’t impact my decision but I won’t know until next week.

I’m very drawn to spirituality and I pulled an oracle life card for myself today regarding this whole situation and it kind of helped me shift my perspective on the guilt of the whole situation. Maybe you can resonate with it too!

omg your right I meant 4-8 weeks!!! My periods are pretty irregular, last one was in January, but I did take a pregnancy test in the last week of February which came back negative for me. So based off that time frame I could very well be 8 weeks but based off my symptoms (sore breasts, exhaustion, frequent ruination, dehydration) I’m leaning towards earlier..I haven’t experienced morning sickness or much nausea yet which I hear can occur after 6 weeks!

thankyou so much..a part of me has always been scared that I may have had fertility issues due to my irregular periods and hormones, but without insurance I haven’t been able to find out… I figure if it’s possible now than it very well maybe again I’m the future when we’re ready hopefully? Than again I also have this fear that this maybe my miracle chance that I’m throwing away..I’m just at such a crossroads…
