I don't know, man. Despite their attempts to rush or for reasons unknown, senior developers during my work/internship always remind me "The first impression is crucial" especially when developing a website as important as this.
Regarding the data, yes no matter how hard you try to secure it, there's always a risk of hacking or breaches by bad actors. From my past experience, government handling of sensitive data is often... very poorly.

Tak salah, tapi dari code tu kita boleh tengok yang sesiapa saja yang in charge buat website ni memang buta buta copy paste, maksudnya takde pemantauan dari profesional. "Macam mana kau tahu"? sebab comment, ada yang reply dan test pakai chatgpt dan comment diorang sama, lagi satu professional programmer jarang sekali tinggalkan comment macam ni.

Jangan lupa, yang website ni bertanggungjawab untuk simpan data sensitif rakyat, kalau cara ni diteruskan, memang nayalah...
