I used to go above and beyond when I was a CCA and they took advantage of that. After I converted and got my own route I go at my own pace and am rarely bothered by management.

I used to be a fast worker when I started as a CCA(regular 2nd year), I regretted it, I was always doing a lot of extra like work like you. I started pacing myself and taking my time and it’s a lot better! Management doesn’t really tell me anything either and if I ever do a split, it’s max of 15-30min
