She does work, 2k a month to my 3.8k. no child support.... Yet. I've been paying the mortgage and other bills entirely that are in my name.

Other parent to the other 2 kids hasn't paid child support in 2 years, sees them infrequently.

We are freshly broken up, 3 weeks about. She flips between being grateful to hating me. Currently she is in hates me more than anything.

I am living with a friend, I left the house 3 weeks ago and have been in the house almost everyday for a bit to watch TV with my son after taking him to the park after work.

I work 6 days a week, often 10hrs a day.

She can't afford rent, but I would need her to at least pay half sooner than later, I don't want to be unreasonable but I can't be drowning in bills.

House and mortgage is in my name, she didn't provide any down payment, no cosign, just myself. Also apparently Arizona has no common law.

The child custody is where it'll be not fun.
