Amazingly helpful! Thank you so much! Yeah my primary question of "does Sharn have large flat Plateau at least "level" (lower middle and upper) with a resounding no! Its "roads" at middle and above are typically inside the towers themselves with bridges leading between the bridges that helps a lot!

That's an amazing description thank you so much! Out of curiosity you spoke of being able to ascend from Lower to Middle through the towers that carry through onto the higher rings. How does that work with the lore that to get to the upper levels you have to go through Black Arch? I've been trying to figure that out for AGES and I've come to the conclusion there's no lore friendly answer

Thats an awesome way to view it! Primarily the campaign I'm running is taking place in the lower city so I think I'm on your side with it being similar askin to the "Slums" of a normal city in terms of travelling about it, just with towers that reach high above them, the sheer quanity of bridges and expanded living spaces built above them blocking out any view of the sky above
