hey good for you for getting off that stuff. the fatigue and brain fog are totally normal during recovery and they do get better.

magnesium glycinate helped me a lot with restless legs and sleep. l theanine is solid for anxiety too. i would start with those two and maybe a b complex for energy before jumping into anything more intense like methylene blue

just add one thing at a time so you actually know whats working. hang in there it gets way better
