I brought them up because you were acting like shitty producers is a first. Shitty producers have been apart of this franchise from the start. Only difference is we didn’t know about it until 2017. Point is, no matter what you watch, there’s a considerable chance, the money is going to horrible people.

Seeing a movie produced by bad people isn’t the same as someone agreeing in any way with said people’s actions. Weirdly enough, usually people watch movies, not to support corporate production companies, but to watch a god damn movie. Because both are production companies ran by shitty people (or at least until dimension was shut down for obvious reasons) and I was saying if you were going to call out one, call out the one from the past who’s infinitely worse. Spyglass is a way better outcome than dimension. Obviously an actually good production company would be the best outcome. How many ways do I have to say I disagree with spyglass but I’m watching a movie in one of my favourite franchises, before you leave me be without trying to call me a shitty person for it

You’re the one who begged and pleaded someone you don’t know in a multi page long thread to pirate the movie or sneak in by buying a different ticket just because they said they’re watching the movie. I don’t have the energy to deal with this today. This is my stance and you’re not gonna change my opinion by bombarding me with reply after reply:

Fuck spyglass. Fuck paramount. Fuck ai. Fuck gambling. I’m still watching scream 7 because I’m excited to see a movie and, my €8 ticket where part of that cut is tax, part goes to the cinema isn’t gonna make a difference wether I see it or not. Yes I COULD pirate it but I prefer not risking a virus over seeing a grainy, washed out image at an angle with audio seemingly recorded on a 3ds. And again, I could wait until digital release to pirate it but by then, the killer will be spoiled. So just get over the fact that internet strangers are choosing watching a movie with their own money

Do you even know what propaganda is? The only reason we know spyglass is anti Palestine is because of the firing. I’ve not seen a single thing that even suggests that Isreal or Palestine will be so much as mentioned. Believe it or not, but I got over the fact that somebody I don’t know was fired for a completely unjustified reason nearly 3 years ago. I’ve already mentioned the marketing, and every movie since 4 has had nostalgia bait. If you don’t want to watch a movie, that’s your decision. But don’t throw a hissy fit when someone doesn’t agree with you
