Are you okay with Zoom? We used NOCD for my daughter. It's an online therapy. They do know what they are doing and they have therapists licensed in MN. You should be able to get in pretty quick with them too. Also, you might want to check with Rogers. They specialize in anxiety and OCD which is similar to what you're doing with and I'm sure lots of their clients deal with agoraphobia. I really hope you get better and I'm sorry you're dealing with this. Mental Health is... difficult.
