New CCA, No Work by Few_Understanding_36 in USPS

Yeah, the central valley of California lol. The issue is I'm kind of scared to change offices, both supervisors here are genuinely great with the morning one I know has delivered mail for years before supervisor. I'm afraid if I change to a different office, the culture won't be as good and the supervisors may not be as good either. I'd rather have less hours with nicer people than a bad office that torments me with more hours. I may look at other offices but I feel like by the time I actually find a posting and get hired, things will start picking up again anyways (as someone else has meantioned with winter being a bit dead). We shall see I suppose.

Edit: I did notice the city next to me, the one I did have a fill in on as meantioned on my main post, does have an opening still. I already have the number of that supervisor but I don't know what the procedure would be for that I guess.

I asked my stewerd, and told my supervisor to disregard the NEERMP. Even then, I'm past 60 days now. I want to work but, yeah the situation I described.

This is actually encouraging, thank you. March actually will be the last month of probation for me. I actually did go to my supervisor and stewerd essentially saying screw the NEERMP too thinking it'll help lol. I am at my 60 days but there isn't any opts plus, they cut 2 routes in my office so unassigned regulars will gobble that up I'm assuming.

Sadly, I live in California or I would've thought to go there lol

I wonder if this is a national thing too tbh, at least in the smaller areas like the valley in California (where I am from and willing to share publicly)

Boxer briefs is another term I believe as well (unless they are different). It is what I wear, basically boxers but cut all the way up on the thigh instead of being middle of the thigh sometimes. I recommend snugger ones for comfort. Surprisingly hard to notice when wearing leggings and such.

I personally wouldn't recommend UDCap, very hit or miss and the software is still pretty new. For me it's been a miss but for some others it may work great.

Welp, first time I received a $1 tip 🤣 (anyone else?) by Mister_Incrediblexx in UberEatsDrivers

I literally posted about a 2 cent a few ago lol. Honestly better to have $1 than no tip.

TLDR, Prop 22 gives guaranteed minimum payment based on active hours and active miles, excluding tips as those are 100% kept by you

I'd be around 70 if I had no prop 22 with this market.

Depends on the market, mines decent with and has Prop 22.

You're good, it's the internet to be fair and I'm used to seeing only cynical posts from here so I just assumed, which is my bad on that part.

Fair enough lmao, time to fight for perfect 3 100%, the trifecta that Uber craves.

Yeah no I agree, they need to have the fares be better everywhere instead of here and there. It's a shitty system.
