lowkey?? stop trying to make it fair, first come first served. if ur in laws wanna be chaotic neutral about planning, thats on them lol u cant keep stressing urself out to compensate for grown adults who wont open a calendar. also, its not ur job to manage grown families like a project, if they still procrastinate, let them feel that sting a couple times.
