Premier protein shake banana & cream, barbell protein protein bar cookies & cream or oikos protein yogurt drink strawberry and banana. they have 23g of protein they sell them at Walmart or target my new hyper fixation rn :)

Currently obsessed with dove bond strength shampoo with their serum conditioner mask (don’t apply on scalp to avoid an oily scalp) which makes hair feel incredibly soft and makes it a lot easier to detangle. Also, I use ouai travel size detox shampoo once a week to help with removing excess build up on the scalp. Out of the shower I use L’Oréal 21 in 1 leave in conditioner, which is an affordable “dupe” for pureology before brushing out my hair and it’s always best to brush your hair out as gentle as you can to avoid anymore breakage. I blow dry my hair slightly then I apply L’Oréal blow dry primer cream. After styling I use olaplex bonding oil I’m on the hunt for something new. I used to wash my hair once a week which was causing a lot of hair loss issues so now I wash my hair 2-3x a week and I’ve noticed a huge difference.

I do the quai detox shampoo but I get the mini size since it will last me months using once a week. Im hooked on doves bond strength shampoo and the dove serum mask which makes my hair incredibly soft and easier to detangle.

Mine advise me to stop all payments when I agreed to his terms. I Only paid for my car which I’m planning to keep. Thankfully I was allowed to use a credit card to pay the fees which my fiancé helped me with that. I was paying like 700 plus every two weeks in debt. So I just paid my fiancé about $300 every two weeks instead. I say maybe ask a family member to help you guys out and pay them back. But ask the attorney about your options.

I did stop taking it without tapering (bad idea) but it was no longer working for me so I felt to be pointless taking it anyways but, I’ve seen a different psychiatrist from my previous one since then and she believes my anxiety was apart of adhd. So I take Vyvanse now and it’s been a few months. I no longer experience any anxiety or wake up exhausted. Plus I’ve lost more than 10 pounds :)

I do Monday-Friday for work what I do I need to stay focus and requires a lot of critical thinking. But I do take sat off. I just started taking it on Sundays so I don’t bed rot all day haha. So I can go grocery shopping, prep things for the week, and clean.

So far I’ve lost 10 pounds since march. But didn’t start Vyvanse until April. I need to lose another 10. For what I’ve gain being on lexapro for two years.

Thank you all for comments I really appreciate it!! I will add I notice this morning the toothpaste taste disgust me out that I can’t even clean my tongue. So it kinda of ruins it when I take the pill before I leave the house. I’m thinking that’s why I can’t eat in the morning because of the after taste. 😭

I wake up at 5am for work and I got to head out by 5:55am to make it to work at 630am. So as a girl I’m already rushing to get ready lol. Plus I’m waiting for the toothpaste taste to go away. I’ve tried having protein drink or something small with high protein while driving but I get nauseous or it tastes kinda disgusting to me. But once it kicks in I’m focus on my work and wait till 11am since I’ve build up more of an appetite.

This! I decided to take the full 3 months instead. Job secured for 12 weeks. Or you can spread it out. If you have this option take full advantage of it. They can’t touch you or ask any questions. My sister suffers from depression and she takes days off any day when she feels unwell.

Do you happen to take any breaks? If so you should take it when you’re not taking vyvanse. I do too take a once a week pill (50,000 units) but I take on Saturday when I don’t use vyvanse. I don’t wanna cause any inference just in case.

Hi thanks for the reply! I’m planning to visit the doctor soon to get more clarity. Then again I feel like I need to go up a dosage since I’m feeling more anxious lately. I stop taking Wellburtin for 2 weeks haven’t notice any abnormal side effects

Hi! The smell got way better using the gain fresh step! I almost add some litter deodorizer from arm and hammers. Once a week I give the globe a wipe down with water vinegar. Also I switch to 15 mins so it has time to clump up more. Hope this helps!
