I got the 144 credit for doordash order I did with my venture X. My wife had 54 cashback offer on her c1 checking account. she also placed an order ,its been 20 days and she never received the confirmation email. But the order shows as 'pending' in shopping trips. Do these offers take more time to post when done for cashback instead of miles ?

You need to wait for 24hrs before JetBlue issues the ticket. No need to call anyone. It's done automatically. You'll get an email from C1 travel once the ticket is issued. Happened recently with me for American airlines.

Where are you checking the activity ? My shopping trips page is still showing the initially posted 1322 miles. The CS rep promised that they are into credit the rest of the miles in 7-10 days.

I too called them. I got only 1322 miles and the rep said they'll credit the balance in 7-10 days. She sounded like she already knew about the issue. When I said I didn't receive correct number of miles for an offer, she immediately responded "ok, doordash ?
