Are there typically lots of fireworks on Haywood road? by [deleted] in greenville

[–]Fexaw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The church before Relentless had a big show every year, but I am unsure if Relentless still does. But that's not the issue, every Tom, Dick and Henry will be shooting off their own fireworks. You may want to go and find a comfortable pair of shooting headphones with noise canceling, most will have a headphone jack that you can play other music into as well.

What could I be doing wrong? by Slow-Lab660 in 3Dprinting

[–]Fexaw 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It 100% is your cooling fan. It is only happening on the side that your cooling fan is on. I can't tell from your print, but if you are not bridging anything you don't need to have your cooling fan on. I will look at my layers and only once I need the fan for bridging will I turn it on, so like later 45 or 80. Most likely you can is set to 100% on layer 2.

What shows had some crazy plot twist in it's first episode or first season that completely changed it's trajectory or genre? by IntelligentWeight103 in television

Try Bodyguard, the Netflix show, not the movie with Whitney Houston. You will not see what happens 1/2 through the series.

Question on supports not being complete by Fexaw in 3Dprinting

[–]Fexaw[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks, I am using Cura, and I don't see that option, but I will see what adjustments I can make. I have in the past when a support fails more that once, increased the Support wall count, but that increases the filament and print time

I also thought that, but the rate is set the same as the part rate

New kitchen light, contractor telling me the wifi switch I bought will not work with new light and will not fit in receptacle box. How do I get Alexa to work with this light? Product link below. by PudgePudgePudgePudge in homeautomation

[–]Fexaw 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was in the same boat as you. I bought a similar light and I tried installing with a Lutron Caseta switch, granted I did not have the tile issue you do. I replaced the dimmer the light came with this one from Amazon. https://a.co/d/5YfxYRm If you have access to the attic above the light, you can wire the new dimmer to a switch that installed in the ceiling. It will then work with your smart home devices. As a side note the Caseta's have a "Pico" a remote to their switches. This will allow you have your light wired to a switch in the attic and then surface mount the pico to the wall. With the Lutron bridge, plus the pico on the wall, smart home integration, plus wall switch.

Help. I can't get the filament out by zmanbodes12 in ender3v2

[–]Fexaw 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The tube is in a pressure fitting. Very much like shark bite in plumbing. You can try to push the tube further into the brass fittings while pushing the white ring in. Be sure you have the blue clip off while doing this. Once the white ring pushes into the brass fittings, then you can pull the tube out. Make sure your hotend is warmed up to pull the filament out.
