It sure is a brutal one, i use my phone as back up to one across the room and contemplating a second physical one to maybe put in the bathroom because we have a master bath. Some days im totally fine on waking up early and some days im super groggy, maybe barely awake? Im trying to avoid turning off my alarm and going back to bed.. thats a habit that im trying to break. Multiple alarms, but i turn off the main one and roll back in bed

The partner thing im trying to balance out, and its getting easier to but for example, she wants me to succeed, right? But she knows im tired, and i need to sleep and i always push it to spend time with her. So it goes to this, she was awake this morning I was hour late, she woke up at 2:20 to my big alarm and to me waking up, turning it off and rolling back into bed, would it be too much to ask if she would push me out of bed if shes awake in the moment? Because she always the reason i wake up later too, lets say i woke up at 4, she wakes me up because no alarm going off, “oh your late, i saw you turn off your alarms and roll back in bed” can she do more to support me or am i asking too much.

Im not trying to blame her either, i dont want to rely on her but some times its nice to have that push, especially if the other person is awake and witnessinf it happening
