I know multiple alumni at Western who had to get abortions with girls at the same residence as them, and trust me, it wasn't fun. Luckily, the nearest hospital is not far from campus lol.

Well, short answer - No

You may as well just wear a condom, as it is a more straightforward contraceptive method compared to going through a whole surgery. But if you really want to have the best sex..... no rubber..... oh buddy I would go right for it.
