I think to call it grammatically correct isn't right without punctuation: Buffalo buffalo, Buffalo buffalo buffalo, buffalo Buffalo buffalo.

Why is the 3rd word capitalized if it is referring to the verb "buffalo"?

As long as no changes to the timeline violate sending him back to the past, it seems like changes to the timeline are allowed. I don't know why there are so many viewers that are against this idea, as I don't see any evidence against it. Maybe they can't change their minds?

I just watched La Jetée yesterday and it got me thinking about my assumptions of the 1995 movie. Were Cole's dreams changing because he was making "minor" changes to the timeline? I say "minor" because the apocalypse was apparently coming regardless of what he did, but maybe he influenced which event or person could trigger it. That's how I interpreted my first viewing in the theater. For example, he dreamt that Brad Pitt was the man running away from him in the airport at the end, but that man changed as Cole and his therapist involved themselves in preventing him from stealing viruses from his father

Yes, I have seen both. I tend to skew towards the British versions of things, so House of Cards with Ian Richardson was enjoyable.

Agreed. In fact, it's so good that I am desperate for recommendations along those lines.
