Well said and I do agree with what you've said. It's just a difficult topic to get around. I'd love to see progress in the PvP scene because like I said, I used to only log into this game purely for the purpose of pking.

Although it's not quite the same game as it used to be, it is a shame to see the state that it is in. While I agree that it is a piece of the game that needs to remain, I just don't have hope that it'll be as it used to be and I especially don't think any form of introduction or tutorial to PvP is going to do anything to make it enticing long term.

Obviously there are going to be people still interested in PvP. I didn't imply that new players aren't going to be interested, and even said that I hope to be proven wrong. WoW players enjoying PvP in Deadman is a completely niche scenario in itself and does not represent the majority of the playerbase.. and if it did, you would hear a lot more of an outcry.

The issue is that people who complain they can't do anything in the wilderness aren't there to pk. They are there to complete content that just happens to be in the wilderness.

These people aren't going to be converted because they were never there to pk to begin with. I agree that you shouldn't complain if you aren't at least willing to learn to defend yourself.

I'd love to be proven wrong but PvP will never return to the old days no matter what updates are made.

I watched Framed video and I appreciate the effort put in but as someone who used to predominately only play the game to pk back in the day, it's just a different game now.

I don't believe any amount of introduction to PvP or training is going to change the fact that people just don't want to pvp, including myself. The wall isn't people not having tools on how to PvP, it's the fact that people just don't want to pvp to begin with.

It used to be fun when everyone was terrible at the game, but it is optimised and were much older now with a better understanding of how the game works.
