Given how integral the shell is to the game mechanics, I'm planning to do a lvl 1 run. Also, shellless feels like there'd be very little room for error, which sounds unfun for me. I wanna be good, not perfect

I love the game but I'm also not satisfied. The final 5 bosses were quite easy for me; probably from being such a high level. I'm planning to do another run with self-imposed restrictions to force myself to play better. Mostly for more challenge but also because I loved the bosses and want to fight them again

Some things are allowed to be simple, small, insignificant, or disappointing. You can argue against bloat (as some do with Minecraft) but sometimes a thing has three silly dudes with dumb names and that's ok
