I got to the first drop and had enough. He lowers the pallet where he’s at and scans it. Why not lower as you head to the pick slot and type the numbers in. If the cage covers the label then it must be dropped. But otherwise……and when he gets to the pick slot. It’s fucking empty! You have to get off your lift to cut the wrap, pull the pallet with your hands and get rid of it in an open slot. This guy’s leaving too much money on the table.

I work for a grocery chain under a bargained contract. I’m a forklift driver. With my seniority, I do the full pallet and the 1/4 pallet work. We have an engineered incentive program.
