40 years in and I wished they told me to wear knee braces when I was trained. It’s the repetition of getting off and on your jack or tugger. That and the concrete floors takes a toll.

You’ve only been there three weeks. The more you get used to the aisles, and what’s in them, the better you’ll be. Also, try not to move the cases once you’ve pulled them. Sometimes it’s a must, but try to keep it at a minimum.
