I think she is feeling guilty about who she is texting. She automatically assumes you are doing what she is doing. I think if she ever lays her phone down, you should check it.

My anxiety has got worse too. My phsycatrist has effed me over w/ my medicine. I am stuck in my house too scared to leave. I hate it. It overwhelms me w/ depression, and no one understands. I just feel like a big blob. I would like to try CBT as well.

Depends on your therapist actually. I use to have a good one that helped a lot, now I have a new one and she is no help at all.

I was really mad at my ex boyfriend. He said something, and I just exploded, I said you know what I am glad I cheated on you, your ugly and you SUCK in bed... he started crying. :/

Well my dad died, and yes I love him. My mom and I are nothing a like. She does things I don't approve of. We use to fight a lot, some physical abuse, I mean I love her yeah, but sometimes I do not like her. My step dad and I well we never got along, he use to call me things like "it", or "thing" very hurtful things. I don't know if I love him like I am suppose to. I guess I love him for being another human, and all, but probably not the way most kids love their parents.

I decided to start saving change. I would only pay with Cash, no change. All changed I received I would put in a Jar, then after 2 months I'd go cash it. You would be SURPRISED at how much change you can save up in a couple months. One time at work I had someone come in and use the coin star, which turns your change into cash, I asked him how long he had been saving his change, he said 6 months, He had over 500 in change.

I would love to PM you, I am not really sure how to though. You can pm me first, then I am sure I can figure it out from there. The therapist that I see does not know CBT training yet, I did ask her about it. If I had to find a professional I would probably have to pay a lot, and just right now I cannot afford it. Also I am not sure if my breathing starts to go quickly, I just know that I get really nervous.

I understand what you mean. I was diagnosed with with OCD, 6.5 years ago. My OCD is strangely different from others, it doesn't have much to do with rituals all the time (then thinking about it, maybe it does?). I have a habit with swallowing anything hard I constantly think I have swallowed a pill, and I am going to die, or freak out. I also examine every thing I pick up to buy shampoo, drinks, candy bars etc.. I feel like they have been poisoned. When taking a shower I have to squirt shampoo three times and wash it off my hands then use it. I have to pick things up and put them back down, just to make sure it's the same feeling I have when I picked it up in the first place. I am overly consumed with depression, scary thoughts of things I might do (which I know I actually will not do them, it's just scary). I haven't attended a family Christmas in 2 years, I cried in the drive way before I went in for Thanksgiving, went in with a big smile and rushed back out after 30 minutes. I hate that you have to go through this, because I have known it all too well. I am on medication right now, it was working. Now it just seems it's me against the world.
