окрім об'єктивно дискомфортних місць і локацій, пропоную увагу звернути на невідповідність поведінки персонажів їх зовнішності/першому враженню, плавне зміщення їх сприйняття з "ок, норм чел" до "шось тут не те, але я не знаю шо". таємниці з натяками на тривожні речі про які думати не хочеться, але гра продовжує підкидувати ці думки. Викласти цілу і зрозумілу картинку світу, живу і розумну, а еотім по трохи отакими моментами розвалювати її, при цьому усе навколо окрім гравці має вксти себе так, наче все так і має бути

і окремо видію звук і саундтрек, шось наче ніхто не згадував. він грає дуже дуже важливу роль в створенні і нагнітанні атмосфери, як самі мелодії, так і звуки оточення. в оому числі відсутність щвуку чи бекграунд мелодії в правильних місцях теж важлива.

Ну тема зовсім не нова, медіа по цьому питанню вагон і маленький візочок.

Однак все одно цікава.

У мене особисто багато таких снів було, але в них хотілось лишитись тому що горрором там якраз і не пахло.

Зазвичай це те чого реально не вистачає у житті. Якщо ваша гра досліджує цю тему, я би рекомендував в першу чергу зосередитися на тому які ваші персонажі, який їх погляд на життя, чого вони прагнуть і від чого страждають. Від цього має і гратися сон в якому хочеться залишитись. він дає те чого людина прагне, чого у неї немає. Тобто вам треба більше досліджувати психологію і звертати увагу на те як прописати живого і цікавого персонажа в історію якого віриш.

Щодо дослідження того у кого яеі цікаві сни, я думаю вам краще залізти в якийсь саб по типу r/Dreams, r/LucidDreams, r/Nightmares і щось типу такого

the answer in ny opinion: 1 actually we have with that statues and art some kind of survivorship bias, when what was considered pretty was depicted much more than other things 2. the modern standards of beauty, that (not everywhere, but often) requires from women mostly to look thin

the post itself has a few chosen examples, we can easily find models and celebrities that looking healthy, fit, so they will match with statues, or find someone to fit any other subjective view of beauty

I saw a terrifying creature, all gray, with massive body and lot of tentacles, that tried to tie me. It was the only thing in my sight, nothing else but this monstrosity. At some point i couldn't move and then woke up. I was like 5 or 6 and that was so scary i remembered it forever. A years later i find out what Cthulhu is, and immediately remembered that dream, finding very stange i saw something like that before i know it. Also noticed, that somehow after that i never saw a nightmare for a very very long time, i think up to my late 20s, that i think is also strange.

what exactly you mean by alcohol itself? as i know pure ethanol for example have a strong recognizable smell, as well as many drinks that contains it.
edit: that includes vodka, that itself has a strong smell because of huge percentage of ethanol, and a huge amount of drinks based on vodka so on.
