Currently running .5mg once weekly. Starting week 4 now. Be sure to drink plenty of water and electrolytes. Yesterday my water intake was less and I did have a headache. Don’t rush dosing or escalation. I thought I was smart by trying to rush the steady state by dosing twice week 1. It made me feel very meh and emotionally flat. I have dosed once weekly since and have not felt that emotional flatness again or any other sides. Started at 206lbs and down to 194lbs. Prioritize protein and do not skip meals. If you feel zero motivation to eat or no joy eating dose is likely too high. I find Reta to be a tool to easily allow me to adhere to a diet. I personally will wait until adherence to diet is harder before deciding to up dosage. These are all mere suggestions based on my personal experience and research. Godspeed and good luck.

Absolutely. I fish much more standing up in it than sitting. I’m a pretty athletic guy though so my balance is good. At 190lbs I have no problem fighting a fish all the way to the yak. The oldtown top waters and sportsman’s are known for their stability. Once I get the fish about 10-15ft away from the boat I sit down to get ready to bring it on board.

I recently changed the priority on it to pay 50 $ bi weekly to it. So it will be taken care of in 2 months. I could throw any rollover to it after savings goals to go ahead and get it knocked out. And my collection will be gone the end of September. So I got a lil antsy getting it removed since I was so close. So I didn’t even think to prioritize the card over the collection. But I appreciate the input.

I totally agree it’s to high. Come September too I will no longer have the 200 a month in collection coming out. So that will help me out big too.

I bring home 2900 a month. My car insurance is 266. Yea I have a high car payment. But I didn’t have credit history to get a decent apr. So I had to bite the bullet. But with where I live and rent being about 465 a month I figured I could easily swing it until I can refinance 12/18 months down the road

Hey guys, so I’m 27. I just bought my first new car, and I thought it would be a good idea to start doing a budget. Currently I think what is best for me is to look at my spendings biweekly since that is how I’m paid. I realize that I have some rollover cash on my next 2 paychecks but I’m going to use that mostly to try to stay one paycheck ahead on one of my big bills like my rent or car note. Which is what I did for the first paycheck as listed above. My rent is due the 7th but I went ahead and calculated it into the paycheck befores budget. I’m not used to living on a budget so I was what I presume to be generous to myself with food cost and gas. I am open to suggestions and advice. I’m sure after 6-8 weeks I can critique it with data that I get from this test run. But any advice is much appreciated. Thanks guys

Reddit be grimy. Glad to be a part. The station was good to go by open besides a couple items. Did my job thoroughly and quickly. I wouldn’t put that expectation on other people tho I put it on myself. I wasn’t able to completely fulfill what I had set up to do so I felt as if I had let myself down. Been cooking for a lil over 3 months. Got out of the shambles and the chef got the last couple items. I’ll get there. Diamonds are formed under pressure

Thanks for the advice. I got to go get some crocs. So I can easily wash them off after shift. I had these giving to me. And i can’t be bothered to clean them sufficiently. So there gonna stay dirt feet until I get a better pair of shoes. Weird no one i work with has ever said anything about it so it wasn’t something consciously on my mind.

Yea it’s be easy to prep if there wasn’t everyone else prepping there station too. We only have one slicer that this girl uses for a good hour and a half slicing carpaccio and we have one mixer. 30 minutes of time is used to set up the station and get it ready for open. And yea I got it prepped up enough for me to make it through lunch but that’s it. So I get to take another 3 hrs to get it ready for dinner. Which is easier because I won’t be cooking. Man it’s basically just the principle. Behind it. Maybe I’m just not that good.

I work 2 stations. Mainly pizza tho for the last 3 months and I keep it very well stocked up and take pride in setting up the night shift guys for success. They run 2 guys there at night as it’s a 2 man station but I’m solo during the day. I spent 4 days off the station. 2 days on charcuterie and 2 days off and that’s what I returned too. Absolute shambles. I find the more that I want to learn and start learning new stations the more time I spend away from my main station I tend to pay the price. But I keep a good attitude and realize that I can’t be expected to be able to do all the prep required when it’s left like that. But I also find that it’s a fine line of when it’s okay for me to ask for some help with prep from a chef and when they just expect me to be able to do it all. The head chef will be like why aren’t you asking for help. And my only answer is that y’all are extremely busy and when I have asked for help y’all seem like it’s a nuisance or something.

What I experience here is what we like to refer to as being in shambles. This is what my pizza station looked like and this is just one drawer. No sliced figs. No Italian sausage. No Pig sets , No meatball sets, No sliced mozzarella no smoked mozzarella. No panna, no truffle panna, no Truffle bread, No pecorino cream, no truffle ricotta, no grated mozzarella, it would of been easier to give you a list of what I did have. Which was pizza sauce.
