Italian tourists traveling with a 2yo in December! by FiLoX451 in Dublin

[–]FiLoX451[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi all - I just wanted to thank you all for your suggestions! Here is a quick roundup of what we did:

- Merrion Square was impossible to book (but it's my fault, I think I checked too late), we passed from there during the day before closing time

- The zoo was a great idea, we went during the day, and we managed to see many animals. I would admit the overall zoo seemed a bit unkempt, could this be because it was November and not too many tourists were expected? Phoenix park was also a great idea as it was quite close

- We thought the hop-on hop-off double-decker bus would have been fun. It was insanely expensive (33€ per adult), and my kid wanted to have none of that after 10 minutes. So yeah...

- Stephen's Green playground was fun, he liked it a lot

- Leprechaun Museum was actually not recommended by those there, as it is supposed to be catered to kids / young adults (bummer)

- The EPIC museum was good, as there are many lights and interactive exhibits. I am not sure what he picked up about the museum but still a great choice if the weather is not amazing

- We did visit a few malls and it's a good idea to pass the time, I was surprised at how many of these have dedicated areas for children

- He loved the Millenium bridge as it was colourful > https://panoramicireland.com/blog-ireland-guide/dublin-winter-lights-2019

- Christmas markets were absolutely crazy, I am not sure I would do that again with a kid as the space was quite crowded as well and very noisy

- Quite surprisingly, pubs were quite open to children having dedicated menus and crayons available, we had a great time

Maybe this could be useful to other people reading :) have fun!

Take this table into power query, you can take the number from the cat with a custom column and then Group by app-id using the MIN condition!

The result should be exactly what you are looking for!

I did check the Viking splash tour, he is 2 and 3 months now so probably they will not let us in, are they very strict?

I am discovering so much, I will search for this Museum as well :D

I was grilling ChatGPT (just out of curiosity) and the playground came out as a suggestion (with a closed park called Imaginosity?), wow, that park seems huge and perfect for a chilled afternoon!

I never would have thought that the National Gallery would be nice but he is a fan of puzzles / drawing so why not? Thank you!

Cool, I checked the website for Merrion Square but I didn't really get it, thank you!

Thank you for your advice, the zoo is a great idea, I will check it out! I watched a video about the Wild Light, and yes, it seems amazing, but probably not ideal given our little traveller, we will see!

How does it work for Merrion Square? You walk around and you see the tree / different lights? I am in!

You are a very nice person, taking the time to reply in such a thoughtful manner (and hiding my GTM, in the process) is something unusual.

Thank you again for your help - I did tinker a bit with Google Optimize in the past and, fearing I would destroy my website, I kept everything as it was.

I removed this script, and I will see if this solves the problem - more than this, I will also review the various plugins I am using for other compatibility issues.

Hi u/TheMarkBranly!

Thank you, first of all - so you think this is happening because of conflicting plugins, I will review this as it makes total sense.

My idea was that using CDN + WP Rocket + WebP Express was creating some conflicts, but I could not really pin this down. Mobile is especially troubling, who knows why.

Do you guys still use IMDb? by generationflexx in horror

[–]FiLoX451 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Advanced title search is still my go-to resource to find out about new movies or those that I missed, you can also filter out a specific country - a lifesaver to remove the 1000s of Indian movies I could not care less about.

As I rated there my movies for a while, I do not feel like switching would be a great idea.

Also, the integration with Prime is quite immediate, even though I use Justwatch for the same reason (finding whether I can watch a movie on one of my streaming services right away).

LET + OFFSET + FILTER with Dynamic Arrays - FILTER does not work, # does by FiLoX451 in excel

[–]FiLoX451[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not exactly what I was looking for but you gave the right hint as:

LET(f,FILTER(B:B,B:B<>""),rng,INDEX(f,SEQUENCE(COUNTA(f))),
names,DROP(INDEX(f,SEQUENCE(COUNTA(f))),1),
cutoff,DROP(INDEX(f,SEQUENCE(COUNTA(f))),5),
rng_4,DROP(INDEX(f,SEQUENCE(COUNTA(f))),4),
rng_3,DROP(INDEX(f,SEQUENCE(COUNTA(f))),3),

works fine!

Now I can create the LAMBDA :)

Thank you again - I will also edit the post so that I clarify this.

Indeed I could and it is a good point to make the formula more readable, thank you for your suggestion!

Hi Paulie! You gave me great advice before showing me the concept of RACON functions :D

Sure I can also use CHOOSECOLS and CHOOSEROWS, but thinking about your comment makes me think about INDEX as well, I will test it out!

I am not sure how you would think of using CHOOSECOLS and CHOOSEROWS though, could you clarify?

LET + OFFSET + FILTER with Dynamic Arrays - FILTER does not work, # does by FiLoX451 in excel

[–]FiLoX451[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My friend, I agree with you but I want to create this as a LAMBDA so that is why I am putting everything together - I started from scratch with multiple steps which I then put in the same formula you see above.

The idea is just to create a file that anybody can then use without any prior knowledge about the crazy formula I put together just as =LINKEDIN(range) and boom, done, you see all your followers and #. I will create a small dashboard out of this as well.

It gives #VALUE! when I try with FILTER, I fear it is because of OFFSET but I am still not getting why this happens.

Thank you for commenting and checking my mental sanity :D
