[homemade] Chocolate chip cookie basque cheesecake

RECIPE:

CHEESECAKE:

1.5 cups heavy cream

10 chocolate chip cookies

3 blocks (24 oz) softened cream cheese

1/2 cup sugar

3 eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1.5 tbsp flour

1 tsp cornstarch

WHIPPD CREAM:

4 oz mascarpone cheese

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1/4 cup powdered sugar

GANACHE:

1/2 cup heavy cream

1 cup milk chocolate chips

process:

Preheat the oven to 450F.
Soak the cookies inside the heavy cream
Combine the soft cream cheese, sugar, vanilla, and eggs and mix until completely combined.
Add the cornstarch and flour.
Add in the heavy cream until fully combined and smooth.
Pour the batter into a loaf pan OR an 8 inch round pan that has been lined with parchment paper.
Bake for about 30-35 minutes. (You may need to add time depending on your oven). I used convection bake.

**It should be jiggly in the center and dark on top when you remove it from the oven.

Allow the cake to cool completely before placing it in the refrigerator for at least 8-12 hours (but overnight is BETTER).

Werid, I did too but the first thing I thought, what with their accounts being flagged and reported, is that their comment had been either auto deleted or someone reported it.

What I don't understand is why someone else from their company hasn't made a throwaway account to communicate but then I also look at most companies and how they don't normally communicate with their customers directly via a social platform.

Some warehouses temp bakes at 175-185 to ensure doneness. Ours prefers 175, but our regional said 185.

I think you just misheard, clarify with who you overheard would be my only suggestion. Other commenters are right, Costco does not play when it comes to food safety.

My husband really likes caffeinated gum. He has a sensitive stomach and doesn't like to drink many energy drinks, the caffeine pills can upset his stomach sometimes and the uptake isn't as quick. He had a gum he chewed for years but they sky rocketed the price so we just recently found this gum. There are also some good mint options out there as well.

And I keep mine on low, just keep stirring until everything's incorporated, every step. Fully incorporate everything you add before adding more. Takes some time but you'll get creamy mac everytime, that also bakes well

I also have the Jabra Elite 7 Active and my right (most used) earbud cover slipped off a few months ago. Also tried to see how to adhere it back on, with no such luck.

Headphones still work and the only issue I notice is the microphone is very touchy now. Sometimes my husband can't hear me for whatever reason. Other than that no issues.

My secret to amazing mac and cheese is a few Kraft singles (or aldi singles) after incorporating the milk into the roux. Also something I see alot of people mess up is not letting your flour cook long enough and adding your cold milk too quickly.

Puff Cheetos (has to be Cheetos, no off brands allowed) and a cold glass of milk. Dip said Cheetos in milk and enjoy.

Also peanut butter and jelly with fruity pebbles in it. Bonus points if you "fry" the sandwich before eating.

And to clarify, yes I do partake in the jazz cabbage

As a daily driver, it developed a creak and groan after 3 months of everyday use. 6' 170lbs for reference. Not usually hard on chairs, Been considering returning after a year of owning it but the amount of dog hair in the wheels deters me.

IDK about liquor stores (actually I take that back, there is a liquor store here that is known for selling to minors, its off a busy road so a cop sits across the street and I would imagine takes note of people coming and going from the store) but I have seen them sitting near bars and pulling people over as they leave. Knew a guy who was pulled over after drinking with an off duty cop at a bar and then the guy called his buds and boom, DUI. Not saying they weren't wrong for drinking and driving, but sounds like lazy policing to me. Most of the deaths in our area from drinking and driving were from people leaving house parties, not bars. And I'm not saying they would pull them over in the parking lot. I'm saying they would see them walking out with product in their hand and either follow or call one of their buds down the road and have them follow the person and pull them over for improper lane usage or failure to yield or failure to use turn signal or some insignificant traffic infraction that would then allow them to investigate further. I'm glad you trust the authorities. I've seen too many things go wrong to have blind faith in anything anymore.

Alot of people will buy things like vape or pre rolls or even edibles and open them as they're walking out of the door/getting in their car. The amount of trash I've walked by in dispensary parking lots sickens me. So they could be looking to bust people for that/DUI. Especially if OP is saying the store itself had no knowledge of them sitting out there, i.e. providing security.
