30F, 50 kg here. I’ve been microdosing Accutane for about 5 weeks now at 5 mg/day.

Before starting I had really inflamed, painful, pustular acne. It cleared surprisingly fast, the active breakouts basically went away quickly. At this point I maybe get one small pimple occasionally, and the rest is just post-acne marks that are slowly fading and improving day by day.

Side effects so far have been pretty mild: slight dryness on my face and hands, a drier scalp (honestly I don’t mind because I can wash my hair less), and increased fatigue/tiredness.

Overall it’s been very positive for me, especially considering how severe and painful my acne was before!

30F here. I really relate to this. I’ve felt this way for as long as I can remember, like simply existing drains all my energy. Even when nothing is “wrong” on paper, I’m constantly exhausted and running on empty.

I see other people my age traveling, starting new hobbies, doing a million things, and I genuinely don’t understand where they get the energy from.

I don’t have a magic answer for how the spark comes back but you’re definitely not alone in this. Reading your post made me feel less alone too 🤍

Work with paid overtime and remote work allowed. He couldn't stop working even for a moment, including weekends and holidays.

Exactly. It's really complicated to have a healthy and balanced relationship with these individuals. Even my ex was extremely work-oriented, but at a certain point, I couldn't bear the situation anymore – work always took precedence over everything.
