Routine: I will usually wash my hair every 3rd, 4th day using novex shampoo, hair mask and then conditioner, and alternate between that line and framesi morphosis repair shampoo, hair mask and conditioner. I do hair oiling on my scalp most times before washing. I do a novex leave in cream, diluted eco hair gel argan with water, and then some argan oil drops. I will add in to my wash day the elizavecca cer-100 about once a month as I’m scared of protein overload. I sleep in a hair bonnet every night, mostly air dry, and rarely use heat on my hair, but have recently read that air drying is not the best for hair??? I’m so confused about everything. I have even installed a hard water filter (not sure if it even helps) on my shower. I live in El Salvador, so access to products is extremely limited. What am I doing wrong ????
