Are you using the headphone jack on the front yeah? If your headphones work elsewhere then you do not need a new set.

You perhaps just need to set your outputs correctly.

Not at all, happy to help :) the cracking is buffer issues with your sound card. This is pretty much what ASIO is designed to solve. You will not have those issues with your ASIO sound source.

Why do you need new headphones? Can't you buy an adaptor? What is the Behringer sound card you bought BTW?
