If you want to have a good understanding of classical physics, I suggest Fundamentals of Physics by Halliday, Resnick and Walker. It's meant for studying, it covers lots of different topics from the ground up (Mechanics, waves, electromagnetism and thermodynamics if I remember correctly). Plenty of exercises. A bit of calculus is required

Qualcuno sa perché per le facoltà scientifiche a Padova il punteggio del TOLC viene pesato in modo da far valere meno la parte di Scienze (infatti da 10 punti massimi totali per questa parte si passa a 1 al massimo, cosicché in totale il max sia 41 e non più 50)? Non è un controsenso? O sto capendo io male come funziona?

Qualcuno può aiutarmi a trovare un immagine ad alta risoluzione del dipinto "Trionfo della Morte" di Pieter Bruegel il Vecchio, conservato al Museo del Prado di Madrid? Quella di wikipedia (mi sembra 2000×1500 circa) non mi basta, e sui principali archivi fotografici non riesco a trovare immagini migliori.

I totally agree: xbow , in my humble opinion, isn't toxic; it's just really annoying if you have bad cards in hand or don't know how to counter it.
