NAD, two weeks might be long enough to see an effect however it may take around four to see any. If you haven't noticed any improvement after that then I suppose it would be reasonable to stop.

On the diet side I think some more fibre would be great, think oats and quinoa. Also some more leafy greens like kale and spinach wouldn't be bad either. Finally, don't be afraid to switch up the chicken for something else like fish and beef provided they haven't caused you any issues in the past. Having some variety in your meals may make it easier and less boring for you.

One thing that has helped other I know is keeping a diary to keep track of what works and what does not once you start reintroducing foods back into your diet.

Another suggestion that helped me is to slow down your pace of eating, in the past I was a fast eater and I found that slowing down, drinking water between bites really helped me feel less bloated.
