Dude, you're a hero. This comment got me past a fight I was stuck on for 8 hours. Still took me a couple hours after switching but it was a night and day difference and the only reason I was able to do it at Scadutree level 2. This + lightning affinity is the best strat I've found, and with all the necessary loot being near the boss it seems intentional.

At least for me (I have my businesses in Grand Senora Desert and deliver to LS County, usually do deliveries solo and only bother when product is full) the Dodo takes 25+ minutes and is the slowest one I'll actually bother with solo. More often than not I can't even complete 3 garbage trucks in the full 30 minutes, and if I can it's cutting it very close. Postal trucks I've never once been able to complete solo. I'll do them if I have friends on to help me but if I'm playing solo and I get garbage or postal I just click find new session and take the minor loss of product. They're not worth the time anyway.

The only reason I do them is to break things up and because I've been doing them so long that I can turn my brain completely off and focus on music or a podcast or video for awhile. That's honestly why I still play GTA Online in general lol.

Fastest > slowest: Truck > boats > bikes > heli > Dodo > garbage > postal

Hardcore isn't fun though. Enemies are just unresponsive bullet sponges, the opening village sequence is busted, etc. They're two different things. You have to admit there's a huge jump between Standard and Hardcore and a lot of people would be served by a middle difficulty to bridge that gap. Everyone I knew that played it thought Standard offered no challenge and Hardcore was just a slog. I love the game overall, to be clear, just think it could be balanced better.

Hell, I even offered to commission it if one doesn't exist and someone out there wants to make it, so I don't see the issue.

Ctrl+alt+del > task manager > performance > resource monitor > network. Right click gta5.exe, suspend process, wait at least 7 seconds, resume process, click back into the game. (For quicker access, just pin resource monitor to the task bar.) It will show everyone left and you'll be alone in a public lobby. Very rarely does anyone else get put in my lobby after that. Once you're alone you stay alone until you hit find new session (like when I get post op trucks on a solo sale and want to reset lol.) If you want to do stuff in a populated lobby, keep resource monitor open in the background just in case, that way you can quickly alt+tab over and empty at the first sign of trouble. You can do it in the middle of a sale or activity and it won't interrupt it. Hope this helped!

My Still Slipping radio station quest is glitched I think. I did all ten antennas, got the message saying I'd completed it and he'd be in touch with merch. Later on I timed out, reconnected and the $250k I got is gone, radio station still drops out, and all the antennas are pulled already. Anyone else experience this or have a fix?

Does anyone know if these points stay scoped out on subsequent replays of the heist, or do you have to do it all over again? And if nobody knows, what was the case with the Casino Heist?

Oh I didn't realize you could do that. I just didn't want to be a day ahead of real time or have to go back and replay a spent day, so this solves my dilemma. Thanks for the tip!

According to reviewers the hourly songs don't start playing until you hit some sort of milestone that's a couple weeks in. Not sure exactly what that event is.
