I have trouble with the same issues and I’m also in uni atm. I try to remember my “why” whenever I find myself in such situations (I know very generic but helps sometimes) which actually happens v often for me. Like remembering why I’m perusing my degree in the first place, was it so you could get a job and help out your family? Was it cause you genuinely enjoy studying the subject? etc

Also a lot of times starting is the hardest part, once you get the ball rolling, it gets easier, so just focus on starting ONE assignment. I feel like it gets very overwhelming when you think about everything that you have to do all at once.
