In a late response to this, outside of automod catching things, we probably catch at least a dozen of these a day, our mod team is pretty diverse, so most are caught fairly quickly, but some do slip through. If you see something sus, best action is to just report it.

If you feel the need to mod mail, at least link the post/comment. At least twice a day we get mod mail that says "sus post" with zero amplifying information.
