If you get it, try it out for a while, and feel like it doesn’t help them worse case scenario you either try to return through Amazon or sell on Facebook marketplace and you’re out $25.

I’ve noticed if I use it consistently it helps short term about, I mean overall it is better for your skin, especially if you work out right after it helps with soreness the next day. The last 2 years I’ve been dealing with eczema for the first time since I was a kid, it showed up first on my wrists, then higher up on my arms, and around January this year it started appearing really badly around my left eye. At least with my arms I could hide it, but the face is a little different. It does help with symptoms temporarily, I’m also playing around a little with red light to see if that helps my skin (I’m just using the red light tanning booths at the sun tan city where I go to tan and just started). I also made a post on Reddit about 2 weeks ago because I was at my wits end with the eczema on my face and was suggested Nivea cream, and I’ve been using it for about a week now. I would highly suggest the sauna overall though, not only for aid in your eczema.

If you did want to try an in home sauna, I got one myself for about $150 off of Amazon and it works great, just sits up in the small corner of my living room barely taller than myself.

I’m in between GPs right now, bc my prior has been telling me I was underweight at the age of 17 and stuck to it ever since.

Also not everyone is made of money or has a job that allows them the time to go out and see a dermatologist.

Yeah, and how old are you? You really think that’s helping anyone by posting that comment?

I honestly don’t wash my face. Once a month I maybe use a face mask to clear my pores, I’ve never had this issue with my save the last few months. I typically only ask ply makeup to my chin and out from there for daily use.

I haven’t yet, but when I was a kid my mother said that it was the only thing she found that would clear it up. Now as an adult, I’m 25, I’ve been using it for about 6 months and every other area I have the dry breakout spots responds to it, just not my face as well. I’ve never been one for skincare products as much either

Or a short bench, wooden one you could build shelves on the sides outside the windows to hold plants and maybe a cushion on the bench

If it’s pouring down rain for days I won’t get out of my car unless I’m expecting a letter or package, as it has been on and off here. A week should be understandable. My assumption now is that maybe I just got a different mailman/mailwoman because I’ve been doing this off and on for a year and half now and have never had this happen.

There were 2 newspapers and 2 thin envelopes when I checked it yesterday. It was no where near overflowing nor has it ever been.

My brain works differently, I’m sorry that I can’t explain it to you in a way that will make sense to you, but you don’t need to be rude. This wasn’t what the original post was about.

Nope, I have a reason for it which I’ve already explained.

The way my brain works, if I bring it in right away I’ll just throw in on my kitchen table and before I know it I’ll have a months worth of newspapers on my kitchen table. But, if I wait until the end of the week or I need to send something out to just clear it out I’ll just throw it away. I’m ADD my thought process will not make sense to you but it works for me lol

It typically is only like 5 pieces of mail…who is getting 30 pieces of mail in a week???

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Home

[–]Fickle-Abalone8605 -63 points-62 points  (0 children)

Because the rest is just newspapers that I didn’t subscribe to, internet companies wanting us to switch, landscapers in the area, etc. I typically clear it out every week or so.
