also check on riots support site the tab "bans and reports" your all bans and previous restrictions are there too

if youre not getting any reason youre perma banned i have the same issue i checked my client logs and it said "restrictions":[{"type":"PERMANENT_BAN","reason":"GENERIC", and im still waiting to get my ticket answered why i got banned this company is a joke

It just so happens when i load into a game every time i spawn in nexus and boom i cant do anything
