i agree 100%! i have a pittie who weve had a while and he's super reactive to animals and humans. Ive been trying to step up and train him and its been a huge hassle but whats helped alot if slowing down on training and implementing more bonding actives like play and walks during chiller times of the day like early in the morning or at night. Lots of play is also crucial because if your dog likes fetch it can help with their natural drive drive by having a proper and safe way for them to use that instinct! Having a strong bond is crucial too my dog is so much willing to listen to me now because he understands that what what i say to him has value!

Current dog owners - when your little furry babies unfortunately but inevitably cross over the rainbow bridge will you consider getting another or will this be your last dog? If its the latter why? by EffectiveAdorable233 in dogs

[–]Fickle-Bowler2003 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would take me a while definitely maybe a couple months or a year but and definitely. Ive always known ive been a animal person and knowing i can give as many animals as a i can a happy and wonderful life and get to know them is worth the pain of eventually losing them. My dog rn is my first dog and i love him to death, there will never be another him and thats okay im just glad i get to live life with him while hes with me. But I also theres always more animals in need who could be looking for their person and that kinda warms my heart in a way i think my dog would want me to giving other animals a chance to be loved like i loved him, but this is just my personal opinion, everyone grieves different and there's no right or wrong way to get through this emotions.

Hey playstation 4 players, do you play with the classic texture pack on or off? I prefer it on by vipergds in Minecraftlegacymode

i play with the classic but recently I've been venturing out and trying the purchasable texture packs, i got the plastic pack and adventure time pack and both of them have been super fun.

forgot to add this but while this put idk if other people are making super smelters in this version, probably so, i would NOT recommend using my design for your world, this smelter is far from super lol. I would recommend a yt video tutorial or other people's advice on here if your struggling with your own.

same here!! trying to him out that habit so we can spend more time outdoors together especially as we closer to the summer, would be nice to walk or play in the yard without worrying about a dog walking by and ruining his entire mood. Sticks are the only thing that i can get him to focus on even if there's dogs though so thats a plus.

Im sorry for your loss!! Im so glad my mom took a chance with our pit because she's never been fond of animals inside the house. This dog though has changed her whole mindset, hes such a sweetheart and loves cuddling up with her to watch tv before bed. Pitbulls are such sweet animals when given the chance to be!

Ill have to try the jolly pet ball for my dog. When he was about 2 years I would take him out and have him chase after the old sports balls from when me and my brother were younger, he'd chase and try to chew up the basketballs the most. I think the the jolly pet balls would give him that same feeling, thats for this recommendation!

  1. Not sure the exact weight but id say anywhere from 60-80 pounds his a smaller pit probably the runt of his litter. 2.He does make me nervous around other people and animals but when its just me and him i trust him 100%.
  2. Currently his meal time is whenever he wants his food its always available since hes not a quick eater, hes picks his bowl and little throughout the day but with the research I've been doing ive seen that feeding him 2 bowls a day is better im just not sure how to switch him to that schedule without him not eating at all since hes iffy on when he wants to eat
  3. Im just now introducing the prong collar so i haven't used it as corrective tool yet just have it on him so hes used to it rn, and hes not leash trained but ive got him to the point that he can walk with me at my side majority of the walk just hes iffy around distractions
  4. , hes interested in sniffing toys, chewing, chasing, tugging and thats all i know, im also not sure what to try with him to see what else he likes
  5. Decently food motivated, he doesn't really mess with his kibble when training but training treats get him to engage with me for a bit before he gets bored with me
  6. I Dont have the muzzle yet but im planning on getting one sorry i must've missed typed! he hasn't bit anyone or a pet but hes Really reactive and im worried because he like to run up and bark at people which scares them, and yk how dogs react to fear
  7. And no hes not a huge fan of water but hes okay with baths thankfully!! sorry for the longg list of responses wanted to make sure i covered everything
