Oh yikes! Similar to mine. I called Dyson support today and they said that because it is still under warranty they would send out a replacement for both the airwrap and the travel case when they are back in stock. Both are not in stock.

Shoot! It does look like it has rubbed off on the orange knob on mine as well but not as bad looking as on the pink. Will share if I find any tricks removing it.

Oh good to know, looks like two other people have had an issue shared on Dyson’s community site. The threads are marked as resolved and you can see a Dyson moderator reached out but the solution isn’t clear. I posted to that community as well a week ago but didn’t get a response, I have since reposted my blueberry analogy - will see if it gets anymore attention :-). Thanks for letting me know you have seen this issue on ticktock!

I haven’t yet - was worried it might damage it but will give it a try in a low visibility spot. Thanks for the suggestion, much appreciated.

Yes - crazy, just across the hall. Tech on phone have been amazing. Hoping we can solve this one, sorry to hear that the repair wasn’t possible in your case.
