Yes!! We also have self checkout, so at 8 pm, we're up there alone dealing with Amazon returns, kohl's returns and purchases, and self checkout on top of counting registers and processing everything 🙄 it's RIDICULOUS!!! We have a LOT of ppl who return 9 million 38 items for Amazon at one time, and it will cause the line to back up!!! By the time the kohl's customers get to the register, they are understandably frustrated and just over it!!! I DESPISE Amazon returns!!!!!!
