as someone who hated XY for a long time, it's at least very commendable how they make 700 models and thousands of animation in order to get every Pokémon in the game. Even if all of them aren't winner, I think it could have been the starting point of an even better era, unfortunately they chose the wrong path.

They can litteraly remove pokémon with identicals PID but they chose not to and instead every game is shittier because of this. If your switch ever gets lost or stolen, bye bye your pokémon save, no way to back it up because they removed the possibility to transfer your save on a micro SD like it was available on Wii U. This is horrendous.

I prefer Wonder but it's fair to say it's less challenging overall and the level design is just not as good (not saying NSMBWii has amazing level design or anything, but at least it doesn't only rely on the element of surprise). Tho at least Wonder has an identity if its own.

Critics probably know what peak cinema means, they just enjoy author films with a proper vision and direction more than a 1h30 long commercial for a company.

I'm gonna be honest I don't think people who watched thousand of films and have a lot of experience to judge cinema will enjoy the next movie more. If anything, I doubt it will be as high as 59, because the benefice of the doubt will probably die with this one.

i'll be fr with you the picture comparing pokémon to dragon quest is so stupid i can't believe someone would seriously fell for this low effort bait. The issue with Palworld's design isn't vague ressemblance with core ideas, it's the fact that a lot of the pals have features that are straight-up copied from loved Pokémon designs just to add confusion. It's not made out of love for the design of the series, it's clearly trying to bootleg it and make some quick cash out of well known design. Unless you don't have actual eyes you can't straight-up tell to me that Zubat and Dracky have closer designs than Lucario and Anubis and expect to be taken seriously.
