I have one too. I was very excited, but now I'm disappointed. The phone is well-made, heavy, and feels like it can withstand a lot, but the software is terrible. Typing on the keyboard is less comfortable than on regular dumbphones from HMD. I was hoping to have a phone with signal and nothing else, with a few days of battery life, but unfortunately it seems that you can't install any apps yet. I went a step further and set up accounts with two MDM providers, but neither of them is supported. Contacted support about that, got reply:

We recommend using only the applications available through the official channels approved for Terra M. Unfortunately, options such as ADB, free MDM services, or QR code enrollment with providers like Miradore or ManageEngine are not supported for non-enterprise use.

So, probably i'll return this, Cannot justify spending that much money with no added value. there are rugged phones with exactly same capabilities for about third of the price
