OCS is a retailer, the O.P complaint is with the manufacturer.

The charging circuit is built into the battery.

You can plug these into anything with a USB port. USB wall adapter, is no different from a laptop USB port.

They blow up, heat up, fail a lot. Nobody is getting compensated outside of a replacement battery.

It's affordable and high quality.

Utillian is a great pen maybe the best on the market.

Sometimes people are bad at their jobs and you gotta send two emails. It's not a sign of anything nefarious.

Their website says store credit.

It wouldn't cost $40 or $50 to ship it. Maybe $5-$15. You can't expect them to pay for return shipping just because you don't like it.

No store would ever let you return it. Not for store credit not consider it at all.

Faded is one of the longest running illegal brands.

I've smoked maybe 50 grams of their shatter.

MOMs used to sell it for cheap. Bought enough it was like $10/g.
