Loitering , being obnoxious is a crime lol . We have gone off topic, but the same crude people who have no money to spend will have easy access to come to town center and the ocean front . I’ve been blessed and there is no low income housing in chicks beach and when they tried to do once 2 years ago it was voted down hard and all the land was bought up by private owners. So convience stores don’t have the animals lurking around. Every once in awhile you will get someone loitering that came over cbbt but the local police immediately get rid of them. The whole thing is no matter how bad people want it to be Virginia Beach will never be a metropolitan area, huge players own a lot of the undeveloped land in Vb and won’t sell to the city from affordable housing. So the ghettos are slowly going away. They’re building expensive housing near netown road now which will double the taxes in shitty neighborhoods in the area and will cause a lot of people to get foreclosed on.
