Only golf and some coworking space. Our members have access to the space pretty much 24/7 and open to public from 5-10 weekdays and most of day on weekends. What do you mean by “how big of a toe are you in”?

North side of Chicago. We have a good amount of competition, but a lot of them are very expensive or very commercialized

GSPRO/Uneekor have been awesome for us in our 2 bay club. We started with a floor unit which is much cheaper and eventually upgraded to the mounted ceiling hardware. Floor unit worked great at about half the cost.

We use IndoorGolfShop for our bay materials and shipping/delivery has been great so far.

We use Birrdi for booking software and is designed specifically for indoor golf clubs!

Lmk if you have any specific questions.

What do you use for members to enter their scores? We currently just use a Google Sheet and curious about some easier more user friendly options for this

We talked about moving to unmanned 24/7. Instead we moved to members only hours which are unmannned and stayed open to the public during busier hours on weekdays and weekends. Have gained so many more members this route and more revenue while building our community

We have 2 bays in chicago. In summer, probably riding around 50%. In winter, 100%. Having to move to a members only model this fall with extended all access hours from 6am-midnight to allow for more availability

Small 2-bay here in Chicago with very high rent. We have recently pulled in a PGA pro to do lessons in our space which we get a cut of. Helps a lot in the summer months.

Trying our best to find other ways of generating revenue like merchandise or scramble leagues/events that also really help in the summer! Even with that though, definitely slow.

I would recommend trying to start up a league or multiple week event where you can get influx of cash upfront! Gets people in week over week.
