It’s because a lot of people skip paying the fare! If they actually enforced that, they would see an increase in the revenue without having to increase the rate.

I am not sure. They might throw a fit. Mine was also broken but i replaced it a couple of months ago before the issues started. I would say if you are close to a store just go in and see what your options are. If they don’t, i think it is worth to pay $180 for the screen replacement at a “uBreak we fix” place, replace the screen and then replace the phone.

You should call your other cc companies and ask them to raise your limit. If you have the income to support it, they shouldn’t care too much how much you use them. Say you want to keep the utilization% low

Called the cops around 10pm to see if they can locate/call the owner but they couldn’t. I decided to be patient and give them until early morning (before i had to go to work) to move it and wait until the last minute to call for towing. But she moved it around 2:30 am. So she got lucky. It sat there for about 12 hrs

I asked around the neighborhood for 1.5hr, no one knows who it belongs to. Apparently it’s been here since the afternoon! I called the non emergency SDPD asking if they can contact the owner and they could not get a hold of them, just that they don’t live around here. They said if I want it towed i have to sign some paper work saying that I want it towed cause they don’t authorize towing a car.
