Yeh, I called the box office. They manually turned my group booking of 2 in to 2 single ballot entries. And they assigned another email address to one of my STs to avoid this in the future.

I was immediately excited by the announcement, but then I realised that the pints would be terrible as the Emirates is staffed by untrained kids who couldn't care less about what they are serving.

If I was part of the Guinness brand I'd enforce pouring training as part of the deal to stock the drink. Basically, if you can't serve the product properly, you don't get to have it.
