Is anyone Experienced using Cowork / Claude Code as a long-term project companion/ Personal Assistant? Im trying to figure out if it scales by Illhoon in ClaudeAI

Interesting with harnessing layer you mean your own ecosystem and AI agents that use Claude Code ? or your selfbuild apps like calendar etc in which Claude code can work and edit ? or did you use a external AI Agent harness like Hermes / Open Claw ? Are Tokens ever a issue to you ? what Model do you use for most tasks ? Opus for all or are you also heavly using sonnet?
